Terms of Service

1. Who we are
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of courses.scalearchitects.com (the "Site") and any course, bundle, coaching session, or other product you buy through it (the "Products"). The Site is operated by Scale Architects, LLC ("Scale Architects," "we," "us"), located in Peachtree Corners, Georgia.
By creating an account, making a purchase, or checking the box at checkout, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or buy a Product.
2. Your account
You need an account to access the Products you buy. You agree to give accurate information, keep your login private, and let us know right away if you think someone else has accessed your account. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Your account is for you alone. You may not share your login or let anyone else use your access.
3. Purchases and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars. Unless a Product clearly says otherwise, every purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Payments are processed by our checkout provider, and we never see or store your full card details.
Coupon codes and promotional prices are valid only as stated, can't be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time before they're used.
Some offers are only available at a specific moment, for example an upgrade shown right after checkout or a follow-up offer sent by email. Those prices apply only to that offer and only while it's available.
4. Refunds and course switches
7-day refund. If you're not satisfied, email us at info@scalearchitects.com within 7 days of purchase for a 100% refund. A refund ends your access to the refunded Product.
30-day course switch. If you bought the wrong level by accident, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll switch you to a different single course. Switches are course for course only, not to a Gold Pack or Bundle. You can switch once per purchase. The switch replaces your access to the original course.
Coaching sessions that have already been held are not refundable.
5. Lifetime access
"Lifetime access" means access to a course for the lifetime of that course, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
You can access the courses you buy for as long as we offer that course. We may update, reorganize, or improve course content at any time.
We may retire a course. If we do, we'll give enrolled students at least 30 days' notice by email before access ends, so you have time to finish the material and download any worksheets you're entitled to keep.
6. Coaching sessions
Some bundles include a 1-on-1 coaching session with a Licensed Scale Architect. Sessions are scheduled through the Site or by email, subject to coach availability.
Coaching sessions must be used within 90 days of the date the session becomes available to you. You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before its start time. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed sessions, are forfeited.
Coaching is educational and strategic guidance. It isn't legal, financial, tax, accounting, or mental health advice.
7. What you can and can't do with the content
All course videos, worksheets, text, graphics, frameworks, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
When you buy a Product, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own professional development and for your own organization.
You may use the worksheets with your own team inside your own organization. You may not:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute any Product or your access to it
- Record, download, or copy course videos, except where a download option is provided
- Use the content to teach, coach, or train people outside your own organization, or to build a competing product
- Remove copyright or attribution notices
Using the frameworks to coach or consult for others requires a separate license through the Scale Architects licensing program.
8. No guaranteed results
The courses share frameworks and examples, including stories of founders we've worked with. Those stories show what's possible, not what's typical. Your results depend on your situation, your team, your market, and the work you put in. We don't guarantee any particular outcome, including revenue, profit, or time savings.
Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. Talk to a qualified professional about your specific situation.
9. Ending access
We may suspend or end your access, without a refund, if you break these Terms, including by sharing your login or redistributing content.
10. Disclaimers
The Site and Products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the Site will always be available or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product the claim relates to.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
